This means that you can buy the lamp risk-free, and if, contrary to expectations, it's not for you, you can return it and get all your money back. However, we are convinced that our lamps will suit your taste :)

Yes! The lamps can use multiple light levels.

For the table lamp, you hold your hand down on the top of the lamp to dim the light.

The pendant/floor lamp comes with a remote control that can be used to dim the light.

DELIVERY & RETURNS

We primarily use GLS for our delivery, and we deliver free of charge to parcel shops throughout Denmark.
You can expect your package to arrive within 1-3 days. When we ship the order you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Don't worry if the system says that the tracking number is not working - as it typically takes 24 hours for their system to pick up a new delivery.
If you have not received your order within 7 days, please contact us so that we can contact GLS.

You can expect to receive your order within 1-3 delivery days. If you order before 2:00 PM, your order will be shipped the same day.

Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty!

It usually takes 14 days from the time you return the item until you see the money in your account. If it takes longer, please contact customer service at Contact@nordic-lamps.com
