Returns and exchanges

You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal on goods purchased in our webshop, calculated from the day you receive your order.

If you want to return or exchange an item, you must send an email to: contact@nordic-lamps.com, and inform that you want to return your item. After you have done this our customer service will help you moving forward.

This is a business address and the package must be sent there - we do not collect from a parcel shop. Please note that this is not a home delivery, but to a business address.

We recommend that you use our return labels (select that option in the return portal).

Don't forget to always include a return label with your name and order number in the package so that we can see that it came from you.

Cancellations

Cancellations must always be reported to us via the portal no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the item no later than 10 days after cancellation.

Please note that you cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to receive the item - in which case you will be charged both shipping and return costs.

Refunds

We process most returns within 10 business days of receipt.

You will then usually receive your money back within 1-3 banking days, depending on your bank.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
