RETURNS & FREE EXCHANGES

You have a 14-day full right of return on items purchased on our webshop, which is calculated from the day you receive the order.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must use our Returns Portal, which you can find here:

Your return or exchange cannot be accepted if:

The 14-day return period has been exceeded.
The item is not properly packaged and therefore damaged during transport.
The item is not in its original condition.

This is a business address and the package must be sent there - we do not collect from a parcel shop. Please note that this is not a home delivery, but to a business address.

We recommend using our return labels (select that option in the return portal).

Always remember to include a return slip with your name and order number in the package so that we can see that it comes from you.

Cancellations must always be reported to us via the portal no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the shipment no later than 10 days after cancellation.

Please note that you cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item - then you will be charged the shipping and return shipping costs.

Refund

We process most returns within 10 business days of receipt.

You will then typically receive the money back within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank.

Refunds are made with the same payment method that you used for the purchase.
