Prices
The prices at Nordic Lamps are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices daily without prior notice. Subject to sold-out items.
Payment
Nordic Lamps accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard & ApplePay.
Payment will only be charged to your account when the item is shipped – except for pre-orders. All amounts are stated in DKK (Danish kroner), including VAT. Subject to pricing errors and sold-out items.
Delivery
Nordic Lamps aims to ship orders placed before 5 p.m. the same day; orders placed after will be shipped the next business day.
We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping prices start from 0 DKK. The goods are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
We deliver throughout the EU. We offer free shipping to Europe via UPS parcel shops.
Nordic Lamps is responsible for the product until the customer has received the goods.

If you have any issues, please contact customer service. Goods are delivered on weekdays. Your order will arrive 1–2 business days after purchase. Special delivery terms apply to certain products.
These conditions will be specified before purchase of such products, e.g., pre-orders which have their own delivery dates stated on the product page.
Warranty (Right of Complaint)
There is a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction. The warranty does not cover faults or damages caused by improper handling of the product/service.
You must notify us of any defects within a "reasonable time" after discovering the issue. Nordic Lamps covers return shipping costs within reasonable limits.

No parcels sent cash on delivery (COD) will be accepted.
Refunds
For refunds, please include bank account details (account and clearing number) so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely via email or other electronic forms, as it is not considered sensitive information and is only used to complete the refund.
Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
There is a 14-day right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day you receive your order.
You must pay the return shipping costs yourself. Notice of withdrawal must be sent to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and you must return the goods no later than 10 days after you notified us of your withdrawal. Notification must be sent via email to contact@nordic-lamps.com.
In your message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please use our return and exchange portal.
You cannot cancel a purchase simply by refusing to accept the package – this will result in you being charged for both shipping and return costs.
Items Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal

The 14-day withdrawal period has expired.

The item(s) are not properly packaged and are therefore damaged during transport.
 - 
The item(s) show traces of perfume, makeup, smoke odor, or similar.
 - 
Tags have been removed or damaged.
 
Returns
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 10 days after exercising your right of withdrawal.
Refunds After Withdrawal
If you regret your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid back.
In case of a decrease in value caused by you, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
We refund the money to the payment card used. It may take 2–10 days from the time we receive your returned item until the money appears in your account.
