VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items. Payment Nordic Lamps accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard & ApplePay.
Payment will only be debited from your account when the item is shipped - except for pre-orders. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold-out items. Delivery Nordic Lamps strives to ship orders placed before 5 p.m. the same day, orders thereafter are shipped the following business day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 0 DKK. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering.
We deliver to the entire EU. We offer free shipping to Europe to parcel shops with UPS
Nordic Lamps is responsible for the product until the customer has received their item.

If you have any problems, please contact customer service. Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-2 business days after ordering. Special delivery terms apply to certain items.
The conditions will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these goods. For example, pre-orders that have their own delivery date on the page. Right of complaint There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Purchase Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the goods repaired, exchanged, the money returned or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service.
You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Nordic lamps will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. When returning, making complaints and exercising the right of withdrawal, send an email to: kontakt@nordiclamps.dk No shipments are accepted by cash on delivery. Refund If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of a bank account number and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund. Right of withdrawal There is a 14-day full right of return on goods purchased in our webshop. The period is calculated from the day; - When you receive your order.
You must pay the return costs yourself. Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 10 days after cancellation. The notification must be given by email at info@nordiclamps.dk.
In the message, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. - Use our return and exchange portal. You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the item - this will result in you paying for both shipping and return shipping. Items exempt from the right of withdrawal - The 14-day return period has expired. - The item(s) are not properly packaged and have therefore been damaged during transport. - The item(s) have traces of perfume, makeup, smoke odor or similar. - Hangtags have been removed or damaged. Returns You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 10 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. Refund If you cancel your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
We will refund the money to the payment card used. It may take 2-10 days from the time we receive your returned item until you have the money in your account.
